What are you guys feeding your tank/fish

I've been feeding rods original blend for a while along with pe mysis mainly for the anemones.


The place where i was getting the rods no longer does.

I cant get good frozen food with out ordering it in. The downfall of living in the sticks.

My fish loves new life spectrum pellets. That is what I feed daily along with frozen mysis.

shrimp, scallop, squid, clam, crab, and any other seafood I get from the grocery store.

+1 Also mysis, pellets, algae blend, brine shrimp, I like to keep them guessing.

And thats why i liked the rods. A little bit of this/that.

I used to make my own when i lived in dallas.

Now that im in Nw iowa seafood is not easy to come by.
