What are your led settings for the anemone

Just want to know at how many % settings of your led light do you set for your anemones.

White
Royal blue
Blue
Cyan
Violet

For my rocks and maxis tank:
ai sol blue CW: 35% B: 45% RB: 45%

RBTA AI Nano 17g tank.
CL: 25% B: 35% RB: 35%

That is much lower then me. Is my setting too high? How many hours is your light on?

What kind of anemones are you keeping, how far is your light from the water and how deep is the tank? My AI nano is on a fluval edge and it is right up against the water. The sol blue is about 14" off the water and set pretty low because the mini maxis and rocks don't need a whole lot of light.

7 inch from the water , tank is 18 deep. I have bta and haddoni carpet

Honestly if they're not trying to get away and are healthy, I wouldn't change it. From what I hear, haddonis like a lot of light. If they start bleaching or trying to move out of the light then lower it.

I was thinking at how many % should I set for max power.
