what bestto clean my clowns

Hi there

I have a juvienille pair of Perculas coming hometomorow (I had them on hold at the LFS).
What is best to feed them. I have adult brine shrimp w/ multivitamins right now. is this okay to start with?

I feed my clowns mysis froozen + flake food they also try to steal the anemones food which is gamma cut into 5mm sq. cubes. The GBTA likes the fight as it make it think the gamma is alive. My clowns however seem fine with this diet good colour etc. The flake is just a supplement.
