What brand and or type of salt do you use

Been looking for something that rates salt qualities.
Seachem? Kent? Oceanic?
Anybody wanna shed some light on this topic?

I use whatever is on sale - usually Instant Ocean. Because you have to check levels of everything anyway, I don't see how it makes much sense to pay big bucks for "better" brands. It easy enough to adjust as needed.

Well I'm always a firm believer that once you find a good thing. Stick with it. I'm just trying to figure out as far as quality. For academic purposes

I use Kent just because it dissolves easily and completely and is about the same price as IO around here. However, I think just about any salt will work.

I used Red Sea Coral Pro and loved it, since I am redoing my tank at the moment I am using Instant Ocean because its cheaper eventually I will go back to Red Sea

Kent, the only thing I don't like about it Mag test low (1250). So I have to buff Mag before a water change. Other than that works great.

I've been using ESV. I like how it mixes pretty much crystal clear in just a few minutes, but I may have to check the basic parameters as I don't think it's mixing to what it says it should. I've been doing it by volume, but have a digital scale on order and will mix according to weight as they seem to suggest is a better method. One other thing about it I like, there's never any residue after mixing.

I just got a bag of seachem labs reef salt. Just to give it a whirl. I'm going to shop different brands and see what I can come up with.
