What brand epoxy for plywood tanks?

What brand epoxy are you guys using for plywood tanks? How thick should it be when it is done? The Sweetwater epoxy says a one gallon kit will cover 250 sqft of smooth surface with a thickness of 4 mils (.004 inch). Do I need multiple coats?
There were a couple of build threads on here about this does anyone have the links?
