Radium currently does not make a 175-watt lamp. The other lamp to avoid is the AB Aqualine 175-watt lamp when using a standard M57 ballast. It has almost the same electrical requirements as the Ushio.

I put my old aqualine bulbs in and they light right up. Ushio must just not compatible with these ballast. I like the look of the Ushio much better.
