What can I do for this fish?

It looks like a clear case of popeye. What is the recommended medicine and treatment for her?

P.S. The water is green because I just added amino acids to the tank...

I have Melafix. It says it treats bacterial infections including cloudy and eye pop.

Epsom Salt.
I had never to use it myself so far, but many were successful in treating popeye with it.
The efficiency depends on what caused the popeye in the first place.
Epsom salt should work if the cause was injury and/or bacterial infection.
It may not work if the underlying cause is a more serious disease (Ichthyosporidium hoferi for example)
