What can Marine Depot due...

Whats up Marine Dopt.. love you guys have you programed in my cell... anyways...
I ordered a Euro Reef CS12-2 RC skimmer a couple of weeks ago and was told that they were on back order and needed 6-8 weeks before i could take delivery. I have since changed my mind(nothing against the skimmer) and want to cancel my order. I have called Marine Depot every day this week, spoken to 4 different employees and they all tell me that they can not get a hold of Euro Reef and they have left messages but no one has called back. I dont want this skimmer and i have not taken possesion of it... so what happpens if Euro Reef decised to never call back.. am i stuck with this skimmer? I know the customer servivce from Euro Reef is not the best but i hope that a large company such as Marine depot has some pull there.

Does Marine depot stock these skimmers? Someone from your 714 number told me you do? Does that mean Marine Depot can credit me should Euro Reef not call back? Can Marine Depot stock and sell this skimmer? or am i stuck having to wait to hear from Euro Reef?

My last name is Ross and i live in Los Angeles. I am sure the guys there know who i am by now seeing as i call everyday now...

Please let me know what can be done so that my order can be cancelled.

Hello Ross,

i've been handling your issue and have been trying to get the information from you as expeditiously as possible-per our conversation(s), we need to see if euroreef has begun building the skimmer yet, and see if we can cancel the order, or at the least, try to find a way to make the cancellation as 'painless' an issue as possible, as they are custom made and need to be paid for and commmited to in advance, as stated on the website.

i've left messages on euroreef's voicemail box that we deal with, and i'll try and email them tomorrow-i'm sure that they are simply awesomely busy and haven't literally had a chance to get back to us yet

all i can do is ask you to indulge us with some more patience until i can get you the info and see what we can do to cancel the order completely, or with minimal penalty

Thanks Alan, Its hard to reach you since everytime i call i get someone else, I am sure you and the other guys are doing what you can. I have total faith in Marine Depots customer service. I am just concerned about Euro Reefs track record regarding customer service. I dont want to be charged a penalty because Euro reef is busy and dosent listen to their messages. My concern is that as more and more time passes the chances of Euro Reef cancelling the order before they build the skimmer become very slim.

Marine Depot was right on top of it. I have been sick since Saturday and today was my first day back to work. I believe this issue was resolved earlier today. I am sorry if the delay in our responding to MD responding caused you to be concerned.
