what clown will host a frogspawn?

hello, i just got a frogspawn and i was told that a clown may host it? is there a certain type that will host it ( maroon, tomatoe etc? ) I did want to get an anenome but i am worried about keeping it! is 150 MH over a 24 G enougth? ( all dayligth?) i love the look of a GBTA at my lfs but its bleached.

Clowns do not host anything; anemones, corals, plants etc serve as host for clowns. When my tank was absent of an anemone my mushromms, feather duster, even my powerhead served as a host for my Tomato clown. I have seen Colt coral hserve as a host for Ocellaris, even flower-pot, and hammer coral too.

my 2 true pers host my pink and green tip frogspawn...and before that they hosted my regular frogspawn

yes that the one i have. so true percs? how do i tell the diff between true and false? the dorsal fin? Also, any ideas on the GBTA? should i risk it or do they usually die- he was pretty bleached out and was on the glass near the top the lfs said he was in the dark for a couple of months

Its sort of hit and miss on hosting. This clown of mine goes from a pink bubble to green bubble to frogspawn to hammer to torch and when you think he is done.... he sleeps on either a brain or scolly. Hows that for hosting?

I just picked up a frogspawn with the hopes that my Ocellaris will host it instead of my power head, which they have been hosting now for 2 years. My LFS has a couple of display tanks with ocellaris hosting frogspawn.
