i'm running a 216watts, 2 daylight bulb, and 2 actinic blue bulbs, with four LED moonlights. the tank has been running for quite a few months now. what sort of corals can i keep? suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was running the same lights as you on a standard shaped 75 gallon which is about 24" tall. I tried many different corals but the successful ones were: Hammercoral, Candy Cane Coral, Tube Coral (beautiful with only the ACTINIC lights on), bubble coral, Christmas Tree Coral, All Polyps and Mushroooms. These all thrived. I would stay away from Hard corals and Clams. To be honest with you I kept a Blue Crocea Clam for about 1 year before it died, but I would not do it anymore like that. I was lucky that he lived that long. I got him when I first setup the tank and didn't know that they needed much light. Hope this gives you some ideas. I am sure you will get much more input soon from others that have alot more experience then me.

Many of the LPS corals eat meaty foods. Those that do, often can be kept in tanks with lower light levels.
