What could I keep with this T5 lighting?

Hi guys, I am upgrading from 220 watt PCs to 216 watt T5 Tek lighting.
Each lamp has an individual reflector so you get way more light this way than any PC or VHO and even so MH fixtures.

Just wanted to know what anemones I could keep?

I have one large female tomato clown and will be pairing her up soon.

what bulb combo did you go with?? id say H. Crispa, M. Doreensis, E. Quadricolor, S. Haddoni.. IMO all depends on the bulb combination you have selected to go with though..

I havn't picked the bulb combo yet. What would you get? What would be best for anemones and corals? I don't care about looks, I just want the photosynthetic inverts to be happy.

so basically an LTA, haddoni carpet, BTA and a Sebae anemone is what I am looking at? Cool.

i have too many bta's under my t5 set-up, and it's not the almighty tek fixture. i sell them off regularly.

i would say that you could probably keep almost any type under the lights, but water movement and quality are equally important.

Yes water movement which I have and water quality is also pretty good.

I wasn't planning on having any for a while. But, I have one little one I found recently. Don't know which type it is-long story. Its near the top of the tank and hasn't wandered off the shell piece I found it on. But, I do have it parked in a high flow area too. Seems to be doing ok with just 2 t5s on it right now (daylight and superblue). The rest of my retrofit lighting is coming in soon but I'm really impressed with the the T5s!

Not the greatest pic as I managed to get the snail in the frame too.

He was on a shell that my brother found in the water at the beach. Didn't know he was there until we got home. His base is about the size of a nickel.

BW, never take anything out of the ocean. It can kill a tank. Yes aptasia is very very bad. It spreads rapidly and once established it can be a pain to get it out. Its definately no prize anemone.
