What could the problem be

Thoughts on what's wrong with these two zoas...

This has been like this for 3 days now

And this one has been like this for a month or so...

All levels are good and my salt is 1.026.

I have had similar problems and what works for me is putting them in fairly direct flow of a powerhead ... that has cured my problem when all my tank levels are good. Don't know why but its worked for me.

i have a vortech mp40 turned almost all the way up on reefcrest with zoa's about 12" away.

in the pic it looks like the position has changed?
