What disease is this?

I have a maintenance customer that has had 3 fish die in the last few days. All have been with him for several months - two years. I only saw one as it was dying, a powder blue. It had a swollen stomach, more on one side than the other. He said the other two, a regal angel and an asfur angel also had swollen stomachs.
Water params are good, but the tank does have fairly high nitrates, about 60 ppm. No corals though so the fish have seemed to be fine. Any ideas?

is the stomach swollen before or after death?

Maybe overfeeding? Maybe parasites?

Possibly some type of internal parasite. Did you see any white stringy poop hanging out?
