what do I do with this toadstool?

Ordered this from live aquaria and it came like tied down to this rock with some like clear string should I cut it free it looks like it wants to get out of what its I'm

Cant figure out howto edit posts on my phone but it seems like it wants to get out of what its in.heres another picture of it now.sorry id this is on the wrong section didn't know where I should post really.

You don't need to remove it. They have it there so it will attach it's foot. It it's securely attached to the rock then you can cut it. It won't cause any harm to it though.
