what do I need for 120

I have mostly softies and the tank is 4*2*2
I would like a controller and 2 on each end but I'm not sure what ones to get.

I have sand and enjoy looking in my tank if you get what I'm saying.

2 6000 and a 7095, if the sand bed is old and established you won't have a problem, otherwise you might need to start on a low speed. The Stream rocks are also a good solution just mount them high in the rock structure (mid way in the tank or so) and the pumps have a slight up angle in the rock mount.

Set them on top of a rock formation. They should be off the bottom for sure and because the pump needs to be removed it is best they be on top of a rock pile that is about 6-12" tall. I usually just put a small polyp rock on them so they can spread over it and combined with the coralline you will never know its their after some months.
