I am setting up a 180 acrylic tank and have most of my stiff ready, and need some input for a closed loop.
It's a standard 180, 72x24x24, and central oversized overflow.
I know that the central overflows are harder to keep up with flow than 2 so i had them make it oversized. (18 inches wide so i am pretty sure it will do what i want for the iwaki 70 at 1200 gph.)
I am going with the duso standpipes, and branching 2 sets of locline from my return. They will have 1 eductors and 1 penductor on each line a tottal of 4 ran by an iwaki 70rlt.
I have a dart i want to plumb in as a closed loop, But dunno where i should place the bulkheads and was wondering what do all you guys and gals like about your closed loop choices?
