In all my years I have never purchased a coral on one of these new white colored; peg-leg frag mounts so I have to ask:
How do people handle these and get the corals mounted to tank rock? I am guessing I would handle them simular to what I did when I got rock, shatter it towards the base with a chisel but I don;t know how these things will react to that (rubble rock is fairly predicable so I knew I could do it without harming the coral; these things could break right up the middle of the coral and I don't want that)!
In the past corals I've traded I mount on little bits of rubble rock. I've found an article that suggest drilling into the rock and pushing the plugs into the hole (but I don't an underwater drill
Thanks,
Ken
