What do you feed your corals?

Interested in what everyone else is feeding their LPS, other than the obvious of "sunlight." I feed mine Larry's reef frenzy 3 times a week. I was at a swap today and a vendor had said they use Larry's as well as reef roids on their chalices. Thinking of giving that a try as well.

Same here, reef frenzy mostly.

I also use reef chili, a frozen reef mixture cube(San Fran bay brand), mysis, and brine shrimp to my larger LPS's, as well as any NLS pellets that may fall on them from overfeeding the fish.

Everything I can get my hands on literally. Freezer full, fridge full, and drawer full of dry foods including nori etc. I feed it all and mix it up constantly. Fish colors are second to none IMO. Just watch your glass, I use the green dust algae every three days rule.

I use the spirulina loaded brine shrimp. They are small enough that all of my LPS, F. Ricorda, and paly's can eat them and the fish are enthusiastic about cleaning up behind me.

They also catch whatever else drifts bye them (LRS, Mysis, Cyclop-eeze, homemade) during fish feeding time.

reef roads twice a week about an hour after lights out, plus whatever they take from the water column when feeding the fish.

Pellets formula 1 + 2 , frozen larrys', mysis, baby brine and mouth size pieces of silversides right up to their greedy little mouths. It's cool to see an acan or blasto chewing on a good size piece of fish.

I feed raw shrimp cut into small pieces, frozen mysis, and I'm trying out reef roids and coral frenzy.

Anyone have any experience with reef roids and reef frenzy?

I use Coral Frenzy and combine it with Coralific Delite from Hikari. I have to say that I also changed my fish food to the Hikari Marine and color of the fish and corals is amazing now. Things have exploded in growth and color. I am super happy with these foods.

Oops! I meant to say coral frenzy! The .5mm pellets!

I feed my corals this and most of them like it. Very useful for small corals like baby acans and small sun corals.

I also feed fresh shrimp cut into little pieces, shrimp eggs, reef roids which goniopora love, zooplankton and goniopower. Variety is important because they get tired of the same food.
