I turn off the pumps about 90 minutes after the lights go off and wave a stick of cyclop-eese into the tank. After about 30-40 minutes i turn one of my power heads back on, then 30 minutes later turn the entire system back on.
I do a mix of Coral Frenzy and Oyster eggs soaked in Selcon. I turn the pumps off for about and hour and let it settle onto the corals. If im really motivated Ill targe feed mysis
I most definitly target feed all my LPS. If I dont there is no way they will get all that they want. Mine are HUGE eaters, the more they eat the faster they grow. I use cyclopsis and mysis shrimp. Also use oyster eggs as a treat every now and then.
I've always target fed my LPS. Mostly seafood you can get at the supermarket. Clams, scallops, shrimp, the occasional piece of sole, etc. At least once a week or so.

Once I told them the 50 cents worth of shrimp was going to feed the corals in an aquarium, they had no problem grabbing whatever I would want. Cool butchers.
