What are you feeding your sps and what is your experience?

Anyone Have Experience With Coral Frenzy? If not, what do you use?

The smallest size golden pearls, but really only whenever I feel like it. I also regularly turn formula 1 flake into mush when I feed my fish. Rotifers and oyster eggs are other really good SPS food.

Lots of fish poop.

Everything else seemed overpriced and really didn't seem to make any noticable difference.

I use ESV's spray dried stuff phytoplankton. Put it in the blender, and you get a pretty decent particle size range (2-150 um IIRC.) Fat content is fairly high too.

I use a mixture of Oyster feast, Roti Feast, and arcti pods. I buy 2 big bottles of oyster feast and one of each of the other two, mix them all together, vacume seal and freeze them into indavidual bags (week supply)! They are always fresh after thawing, I just refill my bottle. I feed 2 tsp per 100g every night... Works for me!!!

Half a shot glass filled with Reef snow, frozen cube of Brine shrimp, mysis, or oyster eggs, couple pinches of Reef Cleaners filter feeder formula or reef roids powder, and a squirt of Selcon.

They seem to really like it!

I started to use aquavitro fuel last month. Seeing great polyp extension but downside seems to be algae bloom. I'm scaling back from recommended dosage.

NutraPlus Complete Feed by Nutra-Kol, for me I notice shorter polyp extension when I do not use this product for extended of time.
