What do you feed your torches and frogspawns?

I was wondering if these guys actually ate? And if so what do you feed them?

They will eat but you need to turn off the powerheads so the food(mysis pellets) can just sit and the mouth is forced to open and eat it. A couple of heads were in odd angles that never allowed me to properly feed them whether it was destruction due to bristleworms or me not feeding them cause them to shrink and die is a good question. So feed every now and then maybe every other week as long as you have strong lighting they should be fine.

My torch will eat chunks of shrimp, I hold it with tweezers and they grab it. I feed it a couple times a week during the day with all the pumps on.
