what does everyone feed their yellowstripe maroon clowns. my lfs told me they eat pellets but i heard they eat meat. i have been feeding mine pellets and hes just takes it in and spits it out

They are omnivores. So they eat meat and vegis. They need both to stay healthy and colorful.
Mine eats Omega One kelp flakes AND marine flakes
Frozen: Cyclopeze, marine cusine, Emerald entree (meat and vegi!) Mysis shrimp, brine if I give it to her)
At first mine wouldent eat anything but mysis but after she learned to trust me shell eat anything I put in the tank.
If you havent fed frozen b4, just a tip. I like to defrost the cube in a little cup with tank water and after its all broke up I drain al the tank water out. It helps get rid of alot of juices that can build up nitrates n such
