What do you guys feed your six line wrasse?

What does your six line wrasse's diet consist of?

Crushed pellet food at times, and a mixture of brine, mysis, rotifers, and Marine Quisine for carnivores. Mine eats almost anything I put in the tank.

I have been feeding my sixline "Specturm Thera +A" by NewLife for over six months now and he tears it up. I used to feed brine shrimp but this is much easier.
