what do you think of this growth?

After changing my lights to T5 corals growth took off and color up then completely stopped and colors faded. Bleaching I suppose.

Now it started to grow again and corals coloring up. Is this common??

Oh yah then bryopsis takes over from solid vodka dosing..
 
Sounds like you increased the overal PAR that the corals were receiving. Hence the growth spurt and the slowdown is the shock. Normally you want to slowly acclimate SPS to lighting changes.

If things seem fine again they may have been able to adapt. If you notice that they they are light in colour I would either raise the lights or use less photoperiod.
 
The coral in the photo looks healthy and is growing. The white tips are the growth branches. Just give the tank time to stabilize and it will all work out.
