What do you think will happen to the xenia coral growing off the coast of Venezuela?

I am curious what coral experts here think will happen to the xenia coral growing off the coast of Venezuela. Do you think it will be eradicated? Or do you think it will spread further? If so haw far could it possibly spread? Do you think it could spread to Colombia or Mexico? It looks like it is really growing.

I am so curious about what will happen to this coral. I went to Cancun a year ago and it looked like much of the coral was dying. There seems to be some diseases in the Caribbean. Yet from the photos I have seen on the internet, xenia coral seems to be doing too well. I have read that xenia coral does fine with pollution in tanks so maybe the Caribbean will be good too? The Caribbean is pretty polluted from what I have read. They said 90% of staghorn and elkhorn is dead.
