This metallic brain looks healthy to me, but i would like another opinion, what do you guys think? should i start feeding him pellets?

Looks good, but I wouldn't feed pellets. Go with mysis or oyster feast.

Give oyster feast a shot. My colors started to go crazy when I used it.
