We got a used Deltec skimmer today ...except we need to patch a seem between the cylinder and the base. It seems like I've heard of something with "weld" in the name.
There are different numbers of weld on, 16 is a thicker gel. what are you trying to bond together? I can give you a better answer on which weld on to use.
if the pieces of acrylic sit flush together you should use weld on 4, it is a water thin liquid and you apply it with a syringe or bottle with a needle, the acrylic will wick it in to place. this will give you the best water tight bond... if they don't sit flush and have a bit of a gap in places, or you need to fill a gap use 16, it is gel like and will sit to fill the gaps.
