Using a brief bath in either freshwater/iodine or other anti-parasite typed bath. FW dip is mainly for external parasites, iodine also is an antiseptic.

Some folks dip for only 30 seconds or so, I like around a 5 min FW dip. If you are using a dip product, there will be instructions on the bottle.

FW or parasite dips are really good for any new zoos, they often come in with some sort of zoo eating nudi or snail (especially if it is fresh).

Also good for preventing flatworms, red bugs, monti eating nudis. (Specific dips for specific things)

i didnt know of this and i brought in a parasite w/ one of the corals, i bought a cleaning shrimp in hopes of it taking off the parasite fromy my blue tang. i am gonna go get another one tomorrow

Is there a commercially available dip for monti eating nudis that will kill the eggs as well as the adults?

I would check with your LFS first. Some LFS do a dip or a QT on their corals before they sell them.
