What fish/creatures eat bristleworms and are reef safe?

I like Coral Banded Shrimp. I'll give that a try.

Thats a great link. I found that trap elswhere for over 2bucks more. Thanks. I'm gonna get the trap as well.

My question is why get rid of bristleworms?

They are beneficial.

If you have too many, it is likely due to overfeeding your tank. Cut back on food, and the population will adjust accordingly.

My Sixline is tiny. He only has four and a half lines he so small.
Actually he is approx 1 7/16ths inches.

He is always patrolling the entire tank. He gives those mini serpent stars HELL.

Yeah. Was one of the reasons I took mine back to the LFS. :lmao:

Yes I am aware that they are beneficial. I don't want to eliminate them just reduce thier numbers. My current tank inhabitants are well fed but not overfed. I have a few corals but I'm a fish person mainly.

It would extremely difficult to feed them any less and still maintain the peaceful co-existance I am enjoying presently. In fact I'd rather just have all the dang bristle worms than risk disturbing the peace.

Fish are
1 Pair of Gold Stripe Maroon Clowns (approx 2 inches and 3.5 in)
1 Domino Damsel
1 Electric Blue Damsel
1 Four-stripe Damsel
1 Little Brown Damsel ????
1 Six-Line Wrasse
1 Sohal Tang (approx 7 inches)
1 Powder Blue Tang (approx 6.5 inches)
1 Powder Blue Tang (approx 5.5 inches)
1 Queen Angel (approx 3.5 inches)* 90% Adult coloration
1 Niger Trigger (approx 4 inches)

I have 4 Bubble tipped Anemones and about a dozen various pieces of coral as well. 5 Skunk cleaners, 5 Emerald crabs, and 2 sandsifting stars along with the rest of the clean up crew.

The tank is teaming with life and thriving. I need to post some pics. I'll see if I can catch both PBTs and the Sohal munching off of the same clip of Seaweed Selects.;)

I've posted misc pics of my tank before but that was before Katrina claimed it.

Get a small bottle with a lid and put holes in it just big enuf for airline tubing to go thru. Run tubing from the bottle out and into the sand. Put food inside and put cap back on. Bristles will crawl thru the tubing and into bottle but cnt get back out. Jus make sure tubing is poking inside bottle sum
