Man have i learned a lot since this tank starting pumping 6 months ago. And i continue to break the "rules." One day i'll learn my lesson...
-90 gallon
Current inhabitants -
7 blue-green chromis
1 pair of saddleback clowns
2 red headed/chestnut jawfish
1 Copper banded Butterfly
1 twin spot goby
1 high-fin goby w/candy cane pistol
1 Randal’s goby w/tiger pistol shrimp
1 female lyretail anthias
1 cleaner wrasse
1 banded pipefish
- 29 galon QT tank
1 Yellow coris (moving into the big tank soon)
1 leopard wrasse (if i see him more than twice a week maybe he'll move to the 90)
You know how everyone preaches quarantine and not to add too many fish too fast...
R.I.P. My former inhabitants in no particular order -
1 blue spot jawfish (anemone)
1 pearly jawfish (disappeared)
1 chevron tang (ich)
1 powder blue tang (ich)
1 possum wrasse (disappeared)
1 McCosker's flasher wrasse (disappeared)
2 blue jaw triggers (ich)
1.1 lyretail anthias (scales slowly fell off and took > 6 weeks to die)
1 cleaner wrasse (disappeared)
1 Green mandarin (ich, yes ich)
1 banded pipefish (mouth problem)
Funny how the cheap fish are so resilient. Maybe one of the missing fish will reappear some day, but I doubt it. I'm sure something else has died that I can't think of right now.
