What fish is this???

My friend has it and does not remember what it is called, and I cannot find any pictures that look similar.

Some type of Dottyback but I have no idea exactly which one.......

Looks to be in the Pseudochromidae family.

Agreed, but I'm hoping to find a species name. The stripe is neon orange with yellow up near the dorsal fin. The fish ais about 4 inches. Has anyone seen a fish like this?
