What fish????

What are some smaller fish that will do well in a 14 gallon biocube that tend to stay on the bottom? I love how diamond gobys pick up sand and spit it out through there gills. I would like a fish that does this that will survive longterm in this tank. I entertained the idea of getting a red scooter blenny which stays small, and I saw playing with the sand at my LFS until I found out that they are actually dragonets and are very picky and hard to keep. Any suggestions?

Thanks-Eric

Stay away from the dragonets.

You really won't have enough sand for a sifter to live on. Getting a fish that eats prepared foods is best.

What do you have in it now?

I've never had them, but maybe a tail-spot blenny? They require a 10 gallon tank, look pretty, and are carnivores.

Any dragonet will starve in a tank that small unless you can get it eating prepared foods - which can be difficult.

There is not enough room for a jawfish in a 14 gallon.

jawfish are awesome or a neon goby they are cool and they dont require alot of room. i have a 75 and i plan on putting like 2 neon gobies in there. lol

Definitely no dragonets. They look beautiful but require a large and established sand bed to eat little organisms.

Which stocking list would you choose
2 Ocellaris Clowns and a Yasha white ray or Yellow watchman

Or a Tailspot Blenny, a firefish and a Yasha white ray or Yellow watchman
