What food for this fish list?

I have given some thought to my stock list and came up with this.

2 occ clowns
1 flame angel
1 bicolor blenny
1 shrimp goby, pistol shrimp pair
1 royal gramma basslet
1 skunk cleaner shrimp

My question is, what is a recommended feeding schedule, as well as what would you recommend for food?

Frozen is probably best. There's all sorts of things. Rod's food, mysis, enriched brine, krill, marine cuisine, emerald entree, ova, and so much more. Some people feed more or less. I just feed my fish once every 2 or 3 days. Sometimes even just once a week.

Ok, I see that a lot of people feed mysis, is there any one food that these fish HAVE to have based on type of fish? Ie does the flame angel have to have to eat seaweed to stay healthy?

I guess they don't HAVE to. But, it would be good for it if you fed it seaweed at least 2-3x per week as that is one of the foods they would naturally eat.

Ok, I'm just trying to get an idea of what I need. In my FW tanks I always fed pellets and flake, so this is a little different than I am used too.

no tangs, so no need to feed too much veggies.

NLS pellets, daily. Great food ... almost all fish take it, high nutrients value

PE mysis, every other day, Rinse this in RO/DI water first, great for proteins and oils. will fatten fish up.

nori, couple times a week. helps with immune system,

you want to change the diet of the fish ... so it would get all the nutrients it needs ... the only "true" one food, would be live copepod or mysid, gut loaded with marine phyto and ... which is basically impossible to culture long term, at least hobby grade.

marine fish are a bit different than FW, as the need marine oils and proteins, like HUFA and ...
