what foods are hobbyist feeding their clownfishes?

I feed a mixture of about 10 flakes and either frozen Mysis or Ocean Plankton. I got 1 lb frozen bag which lased about 1 month and alternate between Mysis and Ocean Plankton.
That is what I feed my tank and my clownfish. They have huge spawns and I had no problem raising the baby, almost 100% survival after minimal death the first 3 days.

Lots of mysis being fed. I know the Rod's food I feed has some, do clownfish actually need more? I have to try black worms.
