What for seaweed?

Greetings to all. Who can tell as to be with this seaweed. To an aquarium 4 months, all parameters in norm, light 250w HQI BLV and T5 2x24w (blue), one zebrasoma flavescens, pair SPS of corals, the eremite, linkia, an aquarium 300 l. Thanks.

Looks like dinoflagellates to me.
A little hard to tell.
 
This seaweed go on everywhere, on stones, on walls, everywhere. After their night become become full full less but when it is lit HQI again them. But from where they could will appear, when I changed nothing, nothing added

My vote is dinoflagellates as well, your tank was set up in early October? Can you give a description of your set up, livestock, equipment?

My guess is its just one of those things that comes and then goes as the tank matures. Can you test phosphates? I would gently siphon it out, try not to disturb the sand bed too much. Make sure your not adding excess nutrients in your top off you do have RO/DI right? Keep up with you water changes if its not hurting anything then just ride it out it should go away on its own.
 
Its been in your tank a while, conditions just weren't favorable form it before, that or something was eating it faster than it could grow and that something died off.
