does any one know what happened to ocean lifers in palm harbor why they closed down or whats going on with them

They r closed. They say they may reopen but I heard today that may not ever happen. Terry says his tanks got hit by vandalism and they lost everything

I've spoken with Terry at length about this. They got hit with the same stuff we did - most likely fertilizer pellets. Whatever was in it lingers in the plastics and acrylic and leaches out for a long time. It took us 6 months to clear it from all the acrylic. They are trying very hard to reopen, but it sounds like they got a higher dose than us and are still working it out.

We are still working on it. I'm here now working. We have hit one problem after another but are still trying to get open. We have had to replace all the filtration systems and most of the tanks. Everything 100% re-plumbed and sterilized. We never expected it to be this bad or take this long. I've added acclimation systems as well as QT tanks. Upgraded our security systems and camera's. We have also added a freshwater section too. We still don't have a date but as soon as I do I will let everyone know.

Thank you all for the support. It's been way more then expected but it's finally coming together. As soon as I know of a date I will let everyone know. I do know it will still be a few more weeks though, but I believe it will be well worth the over haul and we should be on a much better path this time.
