And I hate to say this, but I know MANY people who have PEED in their wetsuits. Which should really make you think twice about renting wetsuits. (But hey, if you are in the ocean, the suit is being constantly washed anyway, sort of). I try not to pee in my own wetsuit, and farting is a weird thing if you are a diver, because as you dive, the fart is compressed to the point that you don't actually have to fart, until you reach the surface again, then, you look like the guy in the picture!
