What happend to my zoo colony?

I had to remove the damaged and dead polyps but the remaining ones look just as good as before. Too soon to tell wether or not the fungus was erradicated but as a whole the colony looks better.

Hmm, hard to tell in the pic. IME fragging the bad polyps away only helped the infection kill off the remaining good polyps. I fragged away 4 whole colonies. The first thing i noticed was closed polyps with some discoloration.
