They are now Purely H2O, also a sponsor here. Still awesome customer service. Even though I bought my system from ARS, Purely H2O still answers questions about it amd sells the necessary parts for it.

I was actually going to get a Typhon III, but I somehow stumbled on the Purely H20 site. I chatted with them and the next thing I was doing was ordering the Purely H20 unit. So far, I have been please with how they operate. (-: I should get my unit soon. Now just to find some time to hook it up. (-:

Just to post an updated. I ordered the Optima Chloramine Advanced on June 30 and still have not recieved it. I hope to get it soon.

Yeah, they seem to have some issues shipping sometimes?!? They always try to make it right. Some places say, "too bad" and leave it at that, or simply don't respond. I am following your post and hope things work out, which I am sure they ewill in the end.

James, I just got a note from Bryan. He is taking care of the situation. I should have the package today !!!! I will post about it when it comes in. I ordered the Optimal CA and everyone I talked to say it is a great unit.
