Wow Chris hooked you up with an awesome BTA hah does he have any more?

Your clown is SOOOO cute in there - make sure you post pics when the male joins here.. what an awesome surprise to come home to!

Chris really really did hook me up! Its a beautiful RBTA! I love the deep color to it, and under just actinics, it glows so brightly. Its not very big, so the size is perfect for my tank. As soon as the male decides to join her, Ill post more pics!

Nice! Took my clownfish four months to finally decide to start hosting in mine  slow learner...

I didnt get to get pics, but as soon as I turned off the lights tonight, the male fled to be with his little wifers in the nem!

Husband and wife in their new casa :)

Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaa!

haha those clowns are too too cute. i am soooo going to have an anemone in my 125g

I love the name Stella for her! She has loads of personality, and she doesnt put up with my mean goby :) The clowns are like my non-human kids. I love them, and I am so glad they like their new nem. When they didnt take it at first, I was crushed. But for once in my life, I was patient, and it all worked out great.

Last night, the female clown started feeding the anemone! She did it for my old nem, and Im so excited that she feeds the new one! Im one happy girl :)

Nice Clowns!

We have a mated pair of Oscillaris Clowns (Ozzie and Harriet) that are about 4 years old. They have always hung out together - but now are showing signs of nesting -
They have burrowed a little hole in the sand near the back of my tank. And spend a lot of time swishing against each other.
Now that I've finally got my lights done, I'm tihinking it might be time for a RBTA.

What kind of special care / target feeding / lights / flow does the RBTA need?

Thanks,

Fuzz

I spot feed mine with 1/2 inch pieces of raw shrimp 2 times a week. It is close to the bottom and is in medium flow. Theyre beautiful anemones, and nothing beats the color of them! I dont know the wattage, but I have T5's, and everything in the tank is doing great.

As long as your pair of clowns don't beat down on it, it should remain healthy and continue to grow as long as your doing all the right things. ;)

My female is more rough with it than the male. She is such a brute! lol I sure hope Im doing the right things for it. I do as best as I know how :)
