What is a really good magnetic cleaner?

I have a 180 gallon acrylic display tank, and I'm looking for a better cleaner than the mag float cleaners. I was looking at the Flipper Max. Is that a decent one, or is there a different one I should go with? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

Just get the Tunze.
Pretty much impossible to scratch the tank like a regular mag cleaner will.
I've had pretty much all of them, too. Algae Free, Magnavore, Flipper, P.O.S. Mag Floats... with this new Tunze on the market now, why take the risk?! I just got through the nightmare of a 200g glass tank replacement and I don't wish that experience/cost on anybody.

edit: my only complaint is it doesn't float! They should fix that.

I was just reading this thread out of curiosity, now I am getting a new algae magnet. Thanks!

As well I'm looking for a replacement for my acrylic tank. I assume you're using the Fleece for acrylic panes, on your tunze?

My tank is glass.
The Tunze come with two round felt dots on the dry side.
The only thing making contact with the inside glass is the edges of the two plastic blades.

I think it's hard to find a good algae cleaner that's not detrimental to an acrylic tank, most at some point in time tend to scratch.

I'm aware of the brand the OP was asking about one that works well for acrylic. I was just pointing that out.:fun2:

I appreciate the replies. I also have a 29 gallon biocube that I bought a little tunze scraper cleaner for, and it works really well on that. My concern was just the thicker acrylic, and one being magnetic enough to clean it well. I like the scraper one for sure, cause of there is any build up on the inside of the tank, it scrapes it off in bigger pieces, and my fish love the extra food from it. :) Seems most of the fish I have are all pigs anyway, and act like I never feed them.
