What is all this red spots?

Hello all I'm not to sure what all these red spots are. Is it the start of coralline algae? It's all over my base rock and I do have a piece of LR to seed with. I don't think its Diatoms since I went thru that phase 2 weeks ago. I'll give my tank specs since it might help. Here are some pics also

SG 1.025, PH 8.2, Alk 11.0, NH3 0.00, NO2 0.00, NO3 0.00, PO4 0.00, Iodine 0.05, Ca 420, Mg 1500

Hard to say with the pics. Blast it with current. If it comes off easily, it could be cyano, but if not, it may be the start of coralline. Is it on the glass too?

No it isn't on the glass. I tried blasting it with a turkey baster, and tried to rub it off and it didn't come off.

And if the dots move on their own, it could be flatworms, which are not good.

Looks like the beginning of coralline.

It's probably just Coralline algae, but if they look like they're protruding from the rocks at all then Foraminiferans is another possibility.

Yea I think its coralline algae. I just a little surprised if it is because I only added my seeder LR about 5 weeks ago but I think it as a piece that was already cured. I had a closer look and there are some purple spots and some light to dark green. I also tried to scrub it with a algae scrubber it didn't even budge it.
