What is best set-up for NextReef NP biopellet system?

I am looking at adding a NextReef SMR1 NP Biopellets Reactor. And I need to figure out which pump would be best (and why). The options that Aquarium Specialty suggests are:
1) Mag Drive 3 350gph at $68
2) Eco 396 at $20
3) Sedra KSP 3500 at $65

My sump floor space is getting a bit tight already. Other thoughts? What sort of extra connections will I need (the barbs for the reactor are for flexible ID 5/8" tubing.

I would consider a Tunze 1073.020 recirc pump, it's adjustable.
