What is considered low/med flow for LPS?

I have a 120gal tank with 2 Koralia #4 pumps on the ends.

1,200 gph X 2

They are pointed toward the front center of the tank.

Any idea of the flow?

I also have a mag 9 return pump.

Guess this probably adds 600 gph

Avoid areas with constant blasting currents, but it's really something you have to judge by seeing how the coral reacts when placed in the tank. If they stay shriveled up, look like they are in a hurricane, or get tossed across the tank, find a different spot.
