Cant really tell from that photo I'm afraid. -Apart from maybe the tips in a few of the areas look yellowish/brown suggesting that the flesh on the tips has died allowing brown algae to grow on those areas?

Perhaps a better photo or description of what is happening and we may be able to assist.

is it to remove those parts ?

From your response it appears that my thoughts are correct,a nd that you are asking is it ok to remove those parts?

If so, then yes. You can carefully snip off the algae covered parts very close to the fleshy area. Hopefully the coral will recover.

Are you running Zeovit or any other carbon dosing that may have caused this? If so, cut down on the dosing or reduce the flow through the Zeovit reactor; whichever is applicable.

i added 10% more rocks into the zeovit reactor and increased the flow , no wonder the bird nest are happening some thing .

thanks

I thought as much. Cut down the flow right away to prevent further damage. When I ran dabbled with the Zeovit system some years back, I found that excessive flow through the reactor to be problematic.

I would suggest you go on the Zeo forum and get better advice on the reactor flow rate, based on your tank parameters. The main guys there are extremely helpful when it comes to dosing quantities and Zeovit reactor flow rates. :)
