I prefer the top line of the rock to vary with one side being higher than the other. It's more interesting to the eye. However, personal preference is different for everybody and you should fiddle with it until you like what you see.

Why do you keep bunching them altogether? Leave some spaces. Put something to stand in front of and cover the overflow. Have some lying down and some standing up singly. Vary the shape of the horizon instead of trying to make them all even.

Definitely an improvement. JMO - Maybe removing the top rock from the right end and adding a single rock pillar up near the front by the right corner (leaving enough room for coral growth and passing a mag float by)?

Try taking the majority of the rock and covering up the overflow on the right and gradually sweep down to open space on the left. It could give an illusion of a drop off where chaos turns to tranquility, especially after corals are involved, if they will be. (I just finished my fine arts section on architecture and its got me thinking all fruity and such.)

what type of fish are you planning on having? Doesn't look like terribly many hiding/safe places for them, a lot of swim throughs but nothing that would make a scared fish feel safe.

Everyone's tastes will differ, but that last one I see doesn't strike me very creative, looks like a tall wall with some holes in it. Some negative space in the middle would drastically change things up. I'd personally use that overflow as the backside of a cave system of sorts, judging by where the pump is you're not going to be "viewable" from that wall so why not use that space.
