looks like a zoanthid but very hard to tell a close up pic would help either way i don't think it's bad !

Cant see it that well...Hmm tube worm? Vermatid snail? Possibly dudley is right maybe zoos....Need better picture..

yeah, sorry a bout the bad pic. But after looking into it, Im pretty sure it was red bubble algae. I took the rock out and cleaned it. That was the only place in the tank Ive seen it so far, but I have seen some little hard red/pink spikes on some other rocks?
