What is it?

I have this thing growing from my new live rock. Has a circular pattern of clear filament like things that stick straight out, and has a tentacle that come out and cleans each filament. What is it? Thanks.

Looks like some type of feather duster to me.

Hmm... Could be a feather duster, could be a barnacle. Something filter-feeding, probably. Can you get a picture from another angle?
