recently my atlantic blue tang has developed cloudy eyes and some color loss. he's still eating but not as aggressively as he was. any thoughts on what this may be? treatment?

Do you have any pictures? Was this a new acquisition? Was it quarantined? Can you list your water quality parameters? Whatever you can test for with actual numbers, please.
