What is my Clown Doing?

I have two percula clownfish. I am not sure if they are true or false. The larger one (female...correct?) keeps going to a corner of the tank and swatting at the sand to dig. What's she doing? There are plenty of hiding spots in the tank. There is no anenome (sp).

Sounds like your fish are maturing. Your fish is nesting, making a place to call her own. It's completely normal.
